You do not need to register before placing an order. You may register as soon as you have finished shopping, or check out as a Guest. Our registration process is fast, free, and will save you time for future purchases.
Unfortunately, we do not take orders over the phone at this time. However, you may order directly from our online website or on your smartphone.

Can I modify or cancel my order?
If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 24 hours. Please be advised if you do not contact us within 24 hours we will not be able to cancel the order.
Do you offer gift wrapping?
We do not offer gift wrapping at this time. However, we do offer a custom message option available on your package slip.

Do you provide a tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an order confirmation email with an order number and a tracking number. If you do not receive this email within 24 hours of placing your order, please notify us immediately. Visit our contact us page for more details.
How long will my order will take to be delivered?
What happens if tracking shows my package was delivered but I haven't received it?
Unfortunately, we are not responsible for packages once they have been handed off to USPS, FedEx or UPS. We are happy to help you file a missing mail claim on your behalf, which occasionally results in the package surfacing. If you suspect it's gone missing due to foul play, we encourage you to file a claim with your credit card company. If you decide to place a new order, please let us know and we'll try to get it to you as soon as possible.
However, we will honor any mistakes that we have made.
