Refund Policy

*Please Note: You can submit a refund request within 7 days after receiving your item/items.  
Please allow 3-5 business days for items to be processed and shipped. The estimates shown on the website, are estimates provided by USPS, once the item is received at the post office.
All sales are final, however, we will try to accommodate exchanges and honor any mistakes on our behalf. *Please Note: You only have 7 days after receiving your item/items to submit a refund request. Please send your request to *Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error cannot be accepted and a refund will not be issued. Customer/Buyer is responsible for paying for return shipping.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase which includes email order receipt.

Exchanges (if applicable)

Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, if you have an issue with your purchase please contact us immediately and we will do our best to make it right!  
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Return Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to: Ella & Brooks Co. P.O. 1983 Round Rock, Texas US 78680.
You will be responsible for paying for shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
